In the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist it is common for the therapist to receive words of gratitude and appreciation from clients, but the relationship between client and therapist can be one of the most sacred, vulnerable, and profound relationships in both the client’s and therapists life.
If felt called to make a post to express MY gratitude for my clients and what it means to me to be given the honour to walk with them through life.

Thank you for trusting me with you.
Thank you for the honour of walking with you and supporting you through life’s hardest moments.
Thank you for allowing me into your life and being part of carving your path.
Thank you for the gift that is the opportunity I get to witness you, all of you, and be reminded of beauty and goodness of humanity.
Thank you for letting me be the mirror that reflects to you the truth of who you are and reminds you of your worth.
Thank you for being a mirror for me to, it is through walking with you that I too learn about myself and grow.
Thank you letting me bring my light into your darkness so that you can better see your own.
Thank you for your courage to face yourself, heal, and break generational patterns of unconsciousness, giving me hope that a better world is possible.
Thank you for giving my life meaning and my gifts purpose.
Thank you for also seeing who I am, appreciating me as I am, as it is all of me that I bring to our relationship.
Thank you for accepting my flawed humanity, and having grace for me when it sometimes gets in the way of being able to show up.
Thank you for your loyalty, for continuing to let me walk with you through my own life changes.
Thank you for trusting me with your loved ones, with your relationships.
Thank you for the times you were vulnerable with me by expressing to me the impact our work together has had on you and in your life and what I have come to mean to you.
Thank you for making my heart bigger and fuller by holding each one of you in it with unconditional love.
Thank you for giving me permission to tell you the hard truths that will change your life, always trusting the place of love I speak from.
Thank you for letting me share with you aspects of myself and my own life, so that I too can remain a human being that walks alongside you instead of a “professional expert” that stands above you and separate from you.
Thank you for co-creating with me a sacred exchange between two human beings meetings in full presence and openness.
Thank you for the Joy you bring into my life by sharing with me not just your pain but your successes, your growth, your healing and transformation.
Thank you for the daily reminder that who I AM is valuable in this world because it brings something good to your life.
Thank you for letting me share with you the lessons and wisdom I acquired through my life’s journey, it reminds me that everything I have overcome carries the purpose of not only causing my own transformation and elevation but that it can contribute to yours too.
